Abstract
Two clinical cases of silicosis are reported in mining workers from the 'El Nevado' Mining Cooperative in Pacuni (La Paz Department, Bolivia). The symptoms, physical examinations, and complementary tests performed are described in detail. The radiographic findings were characteristic of this pathology.
